The traditional process of selling real estate does not work for the daycare business, because Sellers fear losing enrollment and causing staff turnover by openly marketing the property for sale.
The opaque nature of the daycare marketplace has created scarcity, even though a large segment of existing centers are operating at suboptimal levels.

After signing an NDA, we reach out to the buyer, further qualify them, and then provide them with access to the individualized listing site which includes due diligence information, virtual tour of the site and a scheduling feature for tours at specifically approved times.
